Flanner O'Conner

I feel as if Flanner O'Conner's stories have been the best stories we have read so far. They were very much easier to understand. In both stories "A Good Man Hard To Find" and "Everything that rises must converge" has a mother as a character whom seems to be very annoying, esp towards their sons. Baily and Julian seemed to always try to ignore their mother and rarely wanted to be around them but never was capable of telling their mother because of course they did not want to hurt their feelings. At the end of  each story I feel that both sons felt a "moment in grace" when they realized that they were going to loose their mother or was loosing her. They actually seemed to appreciate their mother. Each mother only depended on their sons for everything and basically based their entire time and day around them and just wanted to spend as much time as possible.
